Moderators of an event can manually manage the scores of individual players.
How to manually adjust scores
During a live event, move your cursor to the bottom right of the screen and hover until the menu appears.
Select the three dot menu icon "
" Select "Manage players"
Find the player you'd like to adjust the score of (you can search for their handle in the text box, or scroll through the list for smaller groups)
Select "Edit Score" next to the desired player
Enter the new score amount you'd like the player to have
Confirm
Close the modal
What it's for
If ever the system's automatic scoring doesn't align with desired outcomes, an event host can make the decision to change a player's score.
This is for instance like "they spelled it wrong but I wanted to give them the point anyway", or "their computer froze and they had to rejoin as a different player, so I wanted to give them the points their previous player earned."
