The event recap for your players
When they join your event, your players will be asked if they want a recap of the event they're about to play, sent to them after the event is over. If so, they can enter an email, and we'll automatically send them a link to your event's recap page once the event is ended. (We'll send this one email only, unless they also opt-in to our newsletter.)
You can manage this setting before you launch any event, in the event settings modal.
If not checked / left on (default)
Your players will see the above "want your results?" popup when they join your event
Your players will also receive a link at the end of your event, sending them to see the recap of the event you just played
If you don't want to ask players if they want a recap, or don't want to send or share your recap, you can turn this off by checking the box (note this is a premium feature).
If checked / turned off (pink checkmark)
The initial pop up requesting emails will be removed, so it is not shown to your players.
Your event recap link will not be shared with your players (even when you end your event)
If someone does get the (unique, long) link to your recap, it is now private — only from your account is the recap accessible.
