How to manage your subscription

If you want to move to another plan (eg. from Starter to Pro to increase your player limit etc), we can help you out with that! Just message us with the pink chat button in the bottom right and we will help you get set up with an upgrade or change of account.

To cancel your subscription so it does not recur / bill you again, head to your account page. Scroll down to the "Manage Billing" section below the password area, and click "Cancel Subscription".

Follow the prompts to answer a couple of short questions, and you'll be able to cancel once complete.
