To cancel your subscription so it does not recur / bill you again, simply reach out to us (click the pink chatbot icon on the bottom right of your account).

Let us know there that you'd like to cancel (and if you're able, let us know why! — this helps us improve for others). We'll set your subscription not to renew, and confirm with you.

Note this may take a few business days (we're a small team wearing many hats) but if your subscription renews again in that time we'll refund you. You'll have access to your paid account until the end of your billing period.
