As a the owner of any deck, you are able to share your deck to your team's library, and manage who can see it, as well as what they can do with the deck.

How to share a deck to your Team library

  1. On your slideswith.com/decks/ page, find the deck you'd like to share

  2. Click the 3-dot menu in the lower right corner of the deck thumbnail

  3. Select “Share with team”

  4. Select your deck sharing settings (see Sharing Settings below), and select who can see your deck (see Visibility Settings below).

  5. If you'd like to share your deck with just specific team members, enter their emails in the "Specific team member" field

  6. Click “Share deck with team”

Sharing Settings

Allow members to copy - this will enable your Teammate to create a version of that deck that they own, in their own account. Turning this setting off will set your deck to Private so no one (including team members) can copy it.

Allow team to edit - If you turn this off, your team members will be able to see a preview page of your deck, but not open it in the Builder to make changes to any slides or any deck settings.

Lock design and settings - Turn this on to lock the overall design settings of your deck, eg. colors, fonts, your team members will still be able to add new slides with their own design settings, but they will not be able to change the top-level menu items of your deck.

Visibility Settings

Specific team members - Just show this deck to the members listed (inclusive). Enter the emails you’d like to be able to access this deck

All team members - This deck will be visible to everyone in your Team, in your shared Team deck library

Nobody - Make this a shared deck, but don't show it in the decks folder to anyone

Public vs. Private

If your deck is Public, it is searchable by all users. If it's Private, your deck will only be visible to your team members only. (If you would like to prevent your deck from being copied, it must also be set to Private.)
