Slides With Friends considers user privacy and online security an important priority. We’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure our data (presentation content, personal information, participants' response data, etc.) is safe and protected.

User Account Data

Slides With Friends collects email address and stores account information including event data, for its signed up users (account holders, creating and running events through our platform).

Joined Participant Data

Slides With Friends does not require Personally Identifiable Information to be provided by joined players in an event, provided the event content as created and set by the event host does not request or collect it.

For joined participants, we collect only the data they submit. We do not store IP addresses or emails of joined participants in events.

Additionally, privacy measures such as using "anonymous" mode create additional privacy and security for players, and when used correctly players data is completely obfuscated from their user. To ensure no PII is being collected during your event, you can turn off the "event recap email" request.

Event Data

Event data is stored for users within their account, and can be found in their Event History tab. Events can be deleted by request for certain account types.
